Dumpster Fire Press continues its counter-culture narrative with it’s tenth volume of the VOICES FROM THE FIRE collection culled directly from the official DFP website and blog of the same name: voices of reason, madness, dissent and other types of mania from here, there and everywhere else in-between. No longer voiceless all voices are considered Dumpster Fire Press!
Which is what DFP is all about. Giving the voiceless a venue. Embracing counter culture or hell sometimes just being a horrific sleaze bucket…
Anyone who has ever contributed art, poetry and writing of any sort to official Dumpster Fire Press blog or any thematic anthology can proudly (though I wouldn’t be proud) proclaim they are Dumpster Fire Press grinding through the dumpster fire of existence…our mantra is POETRY, PULP, PUNK…while you don’t need to incorporate all the Ps or any of the Ps…those are the value we uphold and enact when putting together a publication, or an entire fucking press to release a multitude of titles.

In 2023, DFP is going on hiatus for a year to shuffle things a bit and branch out into different media. We don’t know how all this will play out but the website will still be active but submissions will be closed.
There will be at least one additional editor. Thematic anthologies and VOICES FROM THE FIRE will definitely return. We’re building a collection of
in-house” creators as well which we hope will turn into some spectacular collaborative projects.
DFP will be coming back hard out the gate in 2024 and hope everyone sticks around in the meantime and deals with whatever absurd shit we experiment with on the site and such….

The final thematic anthology from Dumpster Fire Press (for now) encompassing the concepts HONKY-TONK ANGELS…a pulpy satiric take on the western genre along with its influences. ANIMAL MASKS- a cult themed work inspired by totems, icons…whatever weird religion you’re into, not into or want to get someone into or out of.
